Italy’s financial markets regulator Consob today issued a public warning against binary options broker Boss Capital.
The company is offering its services via bosscapital.com, with the website having a version in Italian language too. Consob said that the company is also known as Cheshire Capital Ltd.
The Italian regulator notes that Cheshire Capital Ltd is not authorised to provide investment services or activities in Italy in any way and, therefore, not even through the website bosscapital.com.
Italy’s Consob regularly updates its warning list – usually each week.
